Returns Policy

EXCHANGE / RETURNS POLICY

How can I exchange an item? 

Please email Info@infideltees.com with your name, order #, and reason for returning. If the exchange is due to a packaging error, defect, or manufacturing issue, we will cover the cost to return the item. If not, you just have to cover the shipping and we'll send you out a new item at no extra cost. 

*Exchanges must be made within 14 days from the date your item was delivered. 

How can I return an item? 

Please email Info@infideltees.com with your name, order #, and reason for returning. You must return your item within 7 days from receiving the item you wish to return. Return shipping is not covered for items returned for refund.

*Returns must be made within 7 days from the date your item was delivered. And you must pay shipping for the return. Any return item not received back within 7 days will only receive a partial credit of 50% of the original paid price of the item.

*There are no returns for Custom designed or Monograms items. Those sales are final.
